Michele and Theresa have taken over the venerable Via Firenze location and have remodeled and transformed the restaurant to their own vision. Michele was born in Italy and has an incredible knowledge in the fine art of Dining. He has traveled throughout Europe sharing his talents as pastry chef as well as master chef. Michele can create a dining experience from appetizer to dessert. After a 10-year career at the five-star Antonello Ristorante in South Coast Plaza Village, Michele has now brought his passion for Italian culinary excellence to the residents of the South Bay.
